Abstract

In the context of metaverse, blockchain technology provides new ideas for organizational governance in institutional systems. The DAO born based on blockchain is expected to become the underlying paradigm of governance within various organizations in the meta-universe. This paper analyzes the core features and connotations of the decentralized, open, automated and autonomous DAO community-based ecological governance model from blockchain technology, builds the framework of the DAO community-based ecological governance model of "co-creation + sharing + co-governance", summarizes the current dilemmas faced by the governance model, and explore solutions.
