Abstract
This paper measures and comparatively analyzes the sustainable development levels of China's Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration and Finland in 2013-2021 using DPSIR and the TOPSIS evaluation model (EWM-Topsis) modified based on the entropy weight method, and summarizes the gaps between China and Finland in each indicator level. The kernel density estimation method was used to analyze the dynamic evolution of the sustainable development levels of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei city cluster and Finland in ten years, and the Terrell index was used to analyze the differences in sustainable development between regions, and finally, the Tobit regression model was chosen to conduct an empirical study on the factors affecting sustainable development and put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions.
