Abstract
Employees who are involved will give their best performance and do everything related to their work optimally to achieve organizational goals. This research aims to analyze the influence of the work environment, on compensation through the mediation of commitment to employee engagement. The sample in this research were employees of PT. Mechatron Teknologi Industri uses saturated sampling method. The analysis method used in this research is Smart PLS 3. The results of the research show that the work environment has a positive and significant influence on employee engagement. Compensation does not have a positive and significant influence on employee engagement. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on commitment. Compensation does not have a positive and significant influence on Commitment. Commitment does not mediate the indirect influence of the work environment and compensation on employee engagement.
