Abstract

This study aims to test the effect of job training, non-physical work environment, and information technology on job satisfaction of PT XY. The number of samples used in this study was 106 respondents. Analytical techniques to test hypotheses using the Statistical Package for The Social Sciences (SPSS). The results of this study show that partially job training has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction, non-physical work environment has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction, information technology has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction.
