Abstract

A simple and applied method for blind SNR estimation in wireless communication signals is presented. Corner is an important information parameter in power distribution function, Signal bandwidth and signal-noise-ratio (SNR) can be accurately estimated through testing the parameter. Theoretical analysis and simulation show that the new algorithm doesn’t need any prior information, has lower computational complexity and higher precision, suitable for hardware implementation.
