Abstract

This paper deals with adaptive MIMO mode switching scheme which is based on SINR and correlation. In the proposed scheme, MIMO mode can be adaptively switched among spatial multiplexing, beamforming and double spatial time transmit diversity. Compared with legacy scheme, the simulation results in this paper show that the proposed scheme can achieve better system performance.
