Abstract
Construction of performance evaluation index system is a critical technology to guide the development of LPI communication equipment. A layered index system is proposed in order to overcome the drawbacks that the existing indices were almost all constructed based on certain intercepting receivers and could not evaluate the LPI performance of a communication system independently. The proposed index system can provide a quantitative examination criterion for LPI communication equipments.
