Abstract
In large classes of enrolled students, Polytechnic University of Bobo Dioulasso (PUB) can not complete one academic year in 12 months. The major obstacle is the lack of infrastructure and qualified local teachers for conducting parallel coaching tutorial groups. These tutorials are carried out in group of up 50 students. The academic year can last 18 or 24 months. To address this problem, we propose a techno-pedagogical system.
