Abstract
In this paper, we seek to investigate swarm centralized swarm robotic communication and demonstrate a low-cost Software Defined Communication Framework (SDCF) optimization. The framework should be leveraged for use with telemetry and sensor data collected by a fleet of swarm robots. The goals of this research include developing Software Define Networks (SDN) that allow networks to adapt in real time to avoid interference and an algorithm to adjust physical layer and network layer performance.
