Abstract
To goal of this contribution is to provide a characterization of the((3\mod 5))-arcs in(\operatorname {PG}(r,5)),(r\ge 4). Such arcs are either lifted or quadratic and by a construction described by Kurz-Landjev-Pavese-Rousseva.
