Abstract
With the informatization of social life and the globalization of economy, the importance of English as a communication tool is increasingly highlighted. In our country, English is highly valued. Especially in the university stage, the focus of this project is the research of RBF algorithm. The main purpose of this study is to improve the quality and efficiency of students’ English learning through the application of RBF algorithm in the Constructive English Learning Platform (CLEP). The platform will be built on an open source framework that other researchers can easily modify. It will also include various tools to help teachers and learners effectively learn English. Rich teaching methods can cultivate students’ autonomous inquiry ability, and the construction of this English learning platform is conducive to improving students’ ability to use information technology. By making students the main body of teaching through the method of teaching and learning, students’ enthusiasm and good awareness of English learning can be stimulated. Using radial basis function (RBF) algorithm combined with constructive English teaching methods, this English learning platform plays a good and positive auxiliary role for students to learn English, and as a better means of English education, it has certain research value and positive significance for English teaching research.
