Abstract
The web-based course English online learning system is a computer-based training platform, which uses the Internet to provide courses. The main difference between web-based classroom and traditional classroom is that students can use any device to access their courses from any place and at any time. A web-based course (WBC) has been used by the University of California, Berkeley as an alternative to classroom teaching methods, in which students can obtain all the resources needed for learning through the Internet.
