Abstract
In the traditional college education management mode, more attention is paid to and reliance on system management. On the one hand, system management promotes the standardization and institutionalization of student education management, and is a solid fortress of education management; On the other hand, simple system management is easy to make management work in trouble, so we should pay more attention to the artistry in the process of management work. Under the background of the increasing pursuit of humanistic care in contemporary education, the intervention of emotional education can be said to be an essential lubricant in the educational management of college students. Moving with emotion and convincing with reason, based on data mining technology, through emotional communication and exchange, open the psychological gate between teachers and students, and use the means of emotional education while implementing system management, which will achieve fruitful results.
