Abstract

Apply virtual reality technology to athlete simulation training, arrangement and innovation of movements, improving the level of sports training technology is conducive to the athletes’ rapid mastery of sports technology and can maintain the competitive level. In order to guide sports more scientifically, on this basis, a new motion simulation training system based on virtual reality technology is proposed, improves the function and operation process of system software, constructs the management system of sports simulation training, and the scientific evaluation index of training. Finally, it is confirmed by experiments, The sports simulation training system based on virtual reality technology has high practicability in the process of practical application, and fully meets the research requirements.
