Abstract
The paper analyzes and compares the rationality, scientificity and engineering value of highway engineering design scheme by combining technology and economy with value engineering, considering and analyzing two factors of function and cost. Through the calculation flow and algorithm, taking the multi scheme design comparison of Expressway isolation facilities as an example, the paper elaborates the algorithm and application of value engineering in highway engineering design scheme selection.
