Abstract

According to previous literature references, a large number of researches have been conducted on the expression in animation. However, there is less repetition of attention to visual expression and less literature for animators’ operation guidelines in certain types of animation. Therefore, this essay critically explores the impact of specific elements on the visual expression of 3D narrative animation, mainly including the following aspects: characters, the scene, the cinematography and post processing. In addition, A 3D animation calledTeleRadiohas been designing at the same time to support this essay from the perspective of an animation designer.
