Abstract

Quantum bit commitment (QBC) aims to provide a secure commitment between two mutually suspicious parties. This paper presents a new quantum bit commitment protocol by introducing security distance function. Theoretical analysis shows that our protocol can guarantee the qubit commitment process is secure and has better performance than existing protocols in robustness. Since our protocol is simpler and more practical, it is feasible with current technologies.
