Abstract

The method of multivariable statistical monitoring and parameter estimation based on analytic model relies too much on the model, which leads to the low accuracy of fault diagnosis of three-phase current. According to the loop fault diagnosis structure based on fuzzy ADRC, any phase of the three-phase current in the current measurement loop is taken as the analysis object to obtain the fault feature vector. Through off-line and on-line modeling and identification, the control limits of statistics at a certain confidence level are determined. Define the branch current measurement loop as the fault criterion, and design the loop fault diagnosis process. The experimental results show that the method has little difference from the actual waveform, the maximum error is 10A, and has accurate fault diagnosis results.
