Abstract

This paper presents a network traffic collection system for space networks emulation platform. The system uses virtualization technology and Elasticsearch database technology to collect the network traffic of gigabits per second. On this basis, a parallel processing method is proposed to further utilize the resources and improve the collection performance. Corresponding experiments are carried out to evaluate the collection performance of the system. The experimental results show that the system can collect massive and high-speed network traffic in real time and improve the collection rate.
