Abstract

The technologic characteristics of the main oil-pan were analyzed with the aid of stamping molding analysis software. The structure, the working process and trying process of dies for drawing the main oil-pan were introduced; The technologic characteristics of the vice oil-pan were analyzed; The welding technologic characteristics of the main oil-pan and vice oil-pan were analyzed; The production process of the oil-pan were introduced.
