Abstract
With the development of the era of knowledge economy, higher education in various countries is facing more and more fierce competition and challenges. In order to improve the quality of higher education and the pursuit of high performance of higher education, all countries intend to introduce total quality management into higher education, so as to improve the quality of Education and management efficiency. European and American countries applied TQM to higher education earlier, and have formed a more mature and perfect management system. The overall quality management of higher education should be oriented towards students’ satisfaction, adopting the management method of all staff participation and forming a culture atmosphere of continuous improvement.
