Abstract
Combined with the basic positioning of logistics personnel training in modern colleges and universities, this paper discusses the system design and development ideas of logistics management personnel training scheme in Colleges and Universities under the background of big data, and formulates a set of feasible personnel training scheme, so as to realize the direct correspondence with the actual professional posts of small and medium-sized logistics enterprises and realize the personnel training objectives.
