Abstract

The evaluation system of English teaching comprehensive ability can complete the evaluation and ranking of College English teaching comprehensive ability. By using the attribute method, seven attribute indexes are obtained. The example shows that the structure of the system is clear and the process is simple. It can flexibly adjust the evaluation parameters such as the school scheme set model and relevant psychological weight according to the user’s requirements. It can compare the overall teaching quality of different grades or the same grade universities after considering various influencing factors (internal factors and external factors) according to the characteristics of the school, and objectively reflect the overall teaching level of the school.
