Abstract

This paper proposes a privacy preserving thieves identification scheme for prepaid Smart Grid systems. Prepaid systems allow consumers to buy credentials from an operation center before consumption. According to the credentials, consumers can use the corresponding amount of electricity. Based on the dynamick-times anonymous authentication protocol, the scheme can achieve thieves identification and privacy preservation at the same time without the involvement of a trusted authority in the system. Finally, we point out the path of our future work.
