    Abstract

Cognitive radio and artificial intelligence are hot research topics in the field of communication. This article discusses how to efficiently and reliably transmit space-based information from satellites to the ground. Related theories of cognitive radio and artificial intelligence are used to study the intelligent transmission of space-based information. This article also proposes ideas and strategies to improve the transmission efficiency and reliability of the satellite-earth data link. Several key issues including spectrum sensing and cognition, waveform reconstruction, the design of the intelligent decision engine, the massive data processing, spaceborne reconfigurable transmission platform, and signaling parameters synchronization were analyzed. The research results can provide help for real-time and reliable transmission of space-based information in the future.
