Abstract
This work proposed a red-green-blue LED (RGB LED) driver based on TSMC 40 nm CMOS process with current regulator structure to drive a 5X5 RGB LED array. By adopting 4-pulse amplitude modulation (PAM-4) scheme and feed-forward equalization (FFE), the simulated driving data rate for each driver can reach 100 Mb/s.
