Abstract

The study adopts questionnaire method and interview method, making exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis for recollecting sample data by SPSS20.0 software and constructing domestic MBA students employment ability structure model. The conclusions of the study are as follows: 1, practice training, teachers' teaching ability and their attitude have significant predictive effect on students’ basic ability. 2, the curriculum and learning will also have significant predictive effect on the students' professional ability. 3, evaluation and job search guidance have significant predictive effect on students’ capacity development; teachers' teaching ability and practice training have significant predictive effect on students' occupational development ability; 4, practice training, campus culture construction have significant predictive effect on students' management ability.
