Abstract

In this paper we propose a new model of cell cycle simulator which will be used to analyse checkpoint response in multicellular tumor spheroids. Whereas most of the models are phase orientated, our model integrates environmental parameters and checkpoint responses that are required to control cell cycle progression. We will present in this paper our work under progress and the different experiments to be performed in order to validate our cell cycle simulator.
