Abstract
The integration of mobile devices into business processes is a challenging but promising task. We designed a system that shows the possibility of constructing software systems that accomplish the difficult achievement of a system that simplifies tasks for businesses as well as for their customers. We designed a very simple and straight-forward workflow definition language that has the advantage of allowing source-code generation for arbitrary mobile platforms. With this language we assembled a system that is able to support insurance case documentation with context-aware input wizards and cross-platform software. It is possible to take different actions in different surroundings and to integrate mobile sensor data (GPS, cell-location, audio, compass, ...) into workflow management.
