Abstract
Network virtualization realizes new possibilities for the evolution way to future network by allowing multiple virtual networks over a shared physical infrastructure. In this paper, we discuss the shortcoming of current network virtualization and propose our approach, a framework that improves current infrastructure by extending link virtualization with a new component which we call Multi-Hop Virtual Link. At last, we present preliminary design of our proposal.
