Abstract

This paper provides an abstract view of the Industry 4.0 as the next industrial revolution. Cyber Physical Systems (CPS) as smart connected solutions are considered to be the key answer to the needs of future industry. Effects of this revolution on the logistics sector is analysed and integration of CPS in this field is presented.
